[AYSO253] AYSO is looking for help in staffing the tent this Saturday and Sunday

Good afternoon!  We are looking for volunteers to help staff our tent to
help sell concessions and hand out paperwork!   We would like to have a
volunteer from each team to be able to work a 30 minute to 1 hour shift in
the tent.  The tent will need to be manned from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm this
weekend.  We have placed a schedule for the tent on our website so you can
view available timeslots.  If you are able to help, we would really
appreciate it!  Simply e-mail rc at ayso253.org and let me know what shifts
you'll be able to help out with.  We will post your schedule on the website
to indicate which shifts have been spoken for.  This is something that we
will need help with each week, so if you want to help in other weeks and you
know a time that will work, please indicate that as well.

Please do not respond to this e-mail.  Responding directly to this e-mail
will send your response to EVERYONE on the mail list.

Sunday!
