[AYSO253] Proper Use of the AYSO 253 Mailing List

The AYSO 253 mailing list was implemented as an effective means of
communication when needing to get information out to the community.
Unfortunately, it seems that there have been a few mis-uses or at the very
least misunderstandings on how to use the list.  There are a couple of
things that should be addressed.  When you send something to the list and
people reply, all of the replies go to the entire list.  Please do not reply
to accidental e-mails telling people to stop.  The only thing that
accomplishes is more un-needed e-mail.  Also, when you were added to the
list, you should have received an e-mail stating how to remove yourself from
the list.   Please read these instructions carefully as the majority of the
un-needed e-mail comes from incorrectly sent unsubscription attempts.  If at
any point in time that you need assistance with the mailing list, or have a
question regarding the mailing list, please address your e-mail to
webmaster at ayso253.org instead of the mailing list.  This is a very valuable
tool that we can use as a community to communicate with each other and I do
not want to see it abused or go away.
