[AYSO253] Spring Picture Make-Up Date April 5 - Schedule Posted

Coaches and Parents,

The Board would like to thank Teresa Sheahan, Sarah Gordon, Summer  
Austin and Shelle Schussler for agreeing to help out with picture day.  
We appreciate your willingness to pitch in and help out!

If your team had pictures taken on March 22nd, proofs of the pictures  
will be available on March 29th and picture orders will be due by  
April 5th.

Due to the high demand for picture retakes, a picture retake date has  
been set for April 5th. GS Memorymaker will be available for pictures  
between 8 am and 12 noon. They have shuffled their schedule to make  
room for the teams who were unable to have pictures done on March  
22nd. We thank them for their flexibility.

Coaches - If your team was not able to make picture day on March 22nd,  
you have been rescheduled for a time on April 5th. The schedule for  
April 5th has been posted on the website, www.ayso253.org. Please  
inform your players and their families during practices this week so  
they can plan accordingly.

Individual player pictures will also be taken as we can work them in  
between team pictures. The best time to come for individual player  
pictures without a wait is between 10:15 - 10:45 AM as there is a gap  
in the schedule during that time, but you can come anytime between 8  
am and 12 noon.
